Example, if you have 5 parcels, the data would use 4 rows on the template.
Reference Numbers (Columns A – B)
Column A: Tracking Number Mandatory*
Enter a tracking number from the list of that was provided.
Column B: Customer Reference Number Mandatory*
Enter your internal reference number.
Sender Information (Columns C – H)
Column C: Sender Name Mandatory*
Enter the sender's name.
Column D: Sender Address Mandatory*
Enter the sender's address.
Column E: Sender City Mandatory*
Enter the sender's city.
Column F: Sender State Mandatory*
Enter the sender's state.
Column G: Sender Postal Code Mandatory*
Enter the sender's postal code.
Column H: Sender Country Mandatory*
Enter the sender's country.
Use ISO 3166-1 Alpha-2 code.
Recipient Information (Columns I – P)
Column I: Recipient Name Mandatory*
Enter the recipient's name.
Column J: Recipient Type Mandatory*
Enter the code for the type of recipient.
For Individuals, use 'I'. For Commercial Entities, use 'B'.
Column K: Recipient Tax ID Mandatory*
Enter the recipient's tax id.
For Brazil, use the 'CPF' number for individuals and the 'CNPJ' number for commercial entities.
Column L: Recipient Address

Enter the recipient's city.

Enter the recipient's state.

Column Q: Service Type Mandatory*
Enter 'ECO' for Economy service
Column R: Tax Modality Mandatory*
Enter 'DDU' for Delivered Duties Unpaid
Column S: Packaging Type Mandatory*
Enter 'box' or 'bag' or 'envelope' to describe the outer packaging
Column T: Length Mandatory*
Enter the length of the parcel
Column U: Width Mandatory*
Enter the width of the parcel
Column V: Height Mandatory*
Enter the height of the parcel
Column W: Unit of Dimension Mandatory*
Enter the unit of dimensions for the parcel
Enter 'in' for inches or 'cm' for centimeters
Column X: Weight Mandatory*
Enter the weight of the parcel
Column Y: Unit of Weight Mandatory*
Enter the unit of weight for the parcel
Enter 'lb' for pounds or 'kg' for kilograms or 'oz' for ounces or 'g' for grams
Column Z: Freight Charge Mandatory*
Enter the value charged as freight
This should reflect the amount your company charged for shipping and must match the commercial invoice
Column AA: Insurance (Y/N) Mandatory*
Enter 'Y' to insure this parcel.
Leave blank or send 'N' if insurance is not required.
If entering 'Y', a value (USD) must be sent in Column AB.
Column AB: Insurance Charge Optional*
Enter the value of the insurance fee.
Column AC: Contains Perfume ID8000 (Y/N) Mandatory*
Enter 'Y' if this parcel contains perfumes.
Leave blank or send 'N' if the parcel does not contain perfumes.
Column AD: Contains Lithium UN3481 (Y/N) Mandatory*
Enter 'Y' if this parcel contains lithium batteries.
Leave blank or send 'N' if the parcel does not contain lithium batteries.
Commodity Details (Columns AE – AH)
Column AE: Commodities - Harmonized Codes Mandatory*
Enter the harmonized code for all the products.
Separate each harmonized code by a ' , '
Do not include '.' in this field.
Use 6 digit US harmonized codes.
Column AF: Commodities - Descriptions Mandatory*
Enter the descriptions for all the products.
Separate each harmonized code by a ' , '
Column AG: Commodities - Values Mandatory*
Enter the unit values of all the products.
Separate each harmonized code by a ' , '
