IATA and UNECE has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in order to provide a strong support to those countries that are developing and are looking to implement the World Trade Organization (WTO) Trade Facilitation Agreement.

This Agreement promises to reduce transportation cost by up to 10% which will help developing countries to be more competitive in the global economy. The MoU, IATA and UNECE will help these countries implement the relevant measures to realize costs savings.
